Fan Apparel Ordering Information

Please print and fill out an order form.  Mail it with your payment check to Romy Meyer.  Orders are due October 30th.  Romy will take all orders and handle the distribution process.  Please allow at least three weeks for processing. All orders must be accomplanied with full payment.  Orders missing payment will not be placed.
