Seatac Cup Champions-----August, 2011
2011 HPFC SEATAC CUP CHAMPIONS
2011 GU11 KICK IN THE GRASS CHAMPIONS!
To get ourselves thinking about the commitment we’ve all made to become better players I’m going to ask that you spend additional time on your own working on your skills. I would like each of you to spend a minimum 15 minutes working with the ball on the days we are not at training. I’d like each of you to commit to picking three new moves everyday from the following video and work at least 5 minutes on each. Some of the moves in this video are difficult and will require your concentration. A nice soft touch and being on our toes (happy feet) is the key these drills. Remember to remain patient and do not get frustrated, just go slow and make sure we are getting high QUALITY touches rather than high quantity touches.

BHFC Jamboree---June 5, 2010
Hopefully this will get you excited! As some of you may know Coach Matt is a big fan of FC Barcelona. In 2009 Barcelona completed their season and brought home 3 pieces of silverware! They won the Copa Del Ray, Champions League and they topped the table in La Liga! This is a feat that few European teams have or will achieve in their history! In 2010 they repeated by winning the Copa Del Ray and La Liga but unfortunately they lost to Inter Milan ( Italy ) in the Semi-Finals of the Champions League.
Although Barcelona is a great team with many huge talents sometimes it takes the inspiration of one or two key players to help a team rise to the occasion week in and week out. One of my favorite players in the entire footballing world, aside from all the BHFC G99 players, is Lionel Messi. I have been following Lionel since he was 13 years old and I’m still amazed at all he’s achieved in his young career. He’s definitely one of the world’s best and I hope his story inspires you like it has me. Lionel Messi Story But even Lionel will tell you, it’s all about the TEAM and he would not be who he is today without the support of his teammates and his club.
Play Hard, Play to Win, Play for Fun and Fall in love with the game!
