TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for differently-abled players over 4 years of age, who have a mental or physical disability.
Organized by youth soccer association volunteers, this unique program enables these special athletes to play at levels consistent with their skills, not necessarily their age, while making new friends and having fun.
