No Flavored Water
WATER ONLY

No Cleats on the Track
Use the Carpet to Come and Go off of the Field
DO NOT CLIMB THE FENCES!

Spectators in the Stands
Coaches and Players Only on the Turf
No Chairs on the Turf
Use the Benches Provided

Teams are to warm up on the grass fields.
They may take the turf field 15 minutes before their game begins. Stay off of the Tennis Courts.

Please have players clean the dirt off of their cleats before they come onto the turf
