It is the goal of the Blackhills Football Club to provide the best possible organizational structure to support the instructional and competitive environment necessary to develop our players. This requires the development of clear and functional policies that address issues that may cause confusion among our membership: players, parents, coaches, and administrators. Because we are a true Club and just not a collection of teams, it is important that everyone is aware of, and clearly understands, these policies.
