Korrio has changed the credit card payments made online. In order to play by credit card, please follow the directions posted below. You can put in whatever amount you would like to pay.

If you are unable to open up the credit card payment option (after following the directions), please email Beth Munn at bmunn@comcast.net.

Please remember that payments (due the 15th of each month) can also be paid via check mailed to: PO Box 7293, Olympia WA 98507

**Log onto your account, click on "profile", scroll down to Transaction Information, click on the + next to 2011-07-07 Girls U11 League Registration, click on "make a payment", a box will come up asking you how much you want to pay - follow the prompts.**

Registrations for the 2011-2012 Leagues have been opened.  In order to pay the $300 non-refundable registration fee online please follow the below directions.  Please make sure you are following each step in it's entirety. 

If for some reason you accidentally charge the full season fee to your card, please let Sally Parker know immediately at sallyparkeroly@comcast.net. 

Originally it was thought that registrants would be able to simply change the amount to what they wanted to pay, we have since found that there are certain steps that need to be taken first.  For questions, please contact Beth Munn at bmunn@comcast.net.  

1. If you have not registered on the Korrio system, please follow the directions given on the user guide sheet. YOU MUST HAVE REGISTERED TO A 2011-2012 LEAGUE (not tryouts)  BEFORE YOU CAN SET UP THE $300 PAYMENT.  When you get to the end of the registration, please make sure you click on the payment by "CHECK" box.  This is the ONLY way you will be able to put in a set amount to pay,  otherwise the system will charge you the entire seasons fee.  Once you are done with the registration, please follow the below directions. (A, B, C..)

2. If you have already registered on the Korrio system for the 2011-2012 Leagues, please log onto your Korrio account.

    A. Click on the "My Profile" tab on the top of the page.
    B. Click on "Add Transaction Record" tab that is below the Transaction Information box.
    C. In the "Amount" box, please put in the $300 (or the amount your are paying - ie $500, etc)
    D. Change the Ref. Trans drop down to the "Purchase on 2011...(the system will give you the full season amount but
         that will not be the amount charged)
    E.  Click on the "Pay Now" button.  This will take you to the Pay Pal site.
    F.  Under the "Your Order Summary" you will see the amount you put in (ie - $300).  This is the amount that will be charged.
    G.  Fill in the Credit Card information on the right hand side under don't have a Pay Pal Account (you will be a guest unless you
          would like to set up a Pay Pal account).  
    H.  Make sure you click on the orange "Pay Now" button at the end.  
     I.  You will receive a confirmation number that will also be sent to your email.  It is a good idea to print off your receipt (click on
         the button on the left hand side)
   
 

All players must be registered via the Blackhills FC website before registration night.  New this year, we will be using a new registration system called Korrio.  To find out more information about the Korrio system, please go to our website at blackhillsfc.org and click on:  Registration.    For registration please click on the Korrio link. 

Keep in mind:  there is no financial obligation until after the player has been selected for a team.  There will be an information night prior to tryouts and a initial team meeting after selections where you can get more information and ask questions before making a commitment.
