BU13 (2008) Team Assignments


1.) Be active for at least 30 minutes per day.  This can be a jog with parents, jumping on a trampoline or a full workout.  

2.) 15 minutes of ball work per day, 5 days of the week. This can be juggling, cone work or shooting if you have the room. 

You choose what you want to work on and mix it up.


Keep a daily log of these activities. Include your areas of success and areas that you need to work more on.  

Assignments for May 1 - 31:

Draw a picture of a favorite memory(s) from this past soccer season.  

Send the picture to the following coaches:

Remember to include another adult when communicating with the coaches.
